Chris Kawula is an accomplished senior executive with broad general management experience in financial services. He has a deep understanding of retail networks, service providers and their unique compliance needs. Chris’ passion for the industry is deep rooted. He has held Senior Executive positions at Sigue Corporation and Western Union Company. “I’m energized by the constant need to improve and evolve how we help clients go to market and prepare for marketplace opportunities.”
During his tenure at Western Union U.S., he led the sales and business development team for 8 years. During that time, Western Union expanded its network dramatically and added thousands of new locations in the financial services, supermarket and drug store classes of trade.
In his previous roles, Chris has had direct responsibility and accountability for implementation and adherence of BSA/AML, KYC, and OFAC programs and policies.
